How it works

At MTIIS we specialise in understanding the international school music education context. Our team are all previous international school music teachers and we simply. Just. Get. It! International schools are hectic places, with high expectations, amazing opportunities and LOTS going on!
Maybe you're keen to host a student festival or professional learning event, but either:
a) last time you hosted it almost killed you, or;
b) last time you hosted you felt alone or just wished you had someone to take away some of the crappy stuff that pulled you away from actually doing music and having fun!
So, we're here to support you!
Here's what to do:
STEP 1:
Have a chat with your senior leadership about the fact that you'd like to bring on MTIIS to help run your event. Getting leaders on board with the idea of having some external support before contacting us will make everything much smoother down the line!
STEP 2:
Fill in the contact form with as much detail as you can. One of the team will be in touch to set up a FREE Zoom call with you to see how we can help. Make sure you think specifically about the area you'd like support in and tick those boxes. If you're not sure, no worries! We can work it out together during our call.
STEP 3:
If all looks good, we'll finalise a work contract and get started! We generally operate using a fee for service model depending on the level of support you will need. This will be discussed during our call and a quote will be provided to you and your school. It's often easy to factor this in to a per delegate/per student budget for your event/festival (don't worry, this is something we can help you with!).
